These are the steps:

1 – Define the problem you solve / sell the destination / Talk about QER

2 – Namecheck your ideal buyer(people like you) and who you DON’T want.

3 – Identify what motivates your buyer.

4 – Communicate the scope of your offering.

5 – Provide process and an idea of  timescale.

6 – Forget USP – think ESP. ( there are actually 48 ways to differentiate)

7 – Make it easy for people to refer you / buy from you.
